Rod's Repair is a family owned and operated Automotive Repair Shop serving St. James and the surrounding communities. We are looking to hire an entry-level lube & tire technician to join our team.
Requirements:
- Valid MN Driver's License & good driving record
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and otherwise perform physical duties of job
- Punctual, motivated, hard-working, and reliable
- Automotive knowledge and/or desire & ability to learn quickly
- **Previous experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Oil Changes
- General vehicle maintenance & light duty repairs
- Tire repair, installation, balancing, and alignments
- Cleaning and up-keep of shop area
Pay & Benefits:
- We offer competitive pay, with regular performance-based raises! Starting salary will be based upon experience & knowledge / ability
- Approximately 40 hours per week - Monday through Friday (We do not work nights, weekends, or major holidays!)
- Paid time off, health insurance, and employee discounts available after probationary period has been completed
