Marketing Automation Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join a healthcare organization in Irvine, California on a Contract basis. This position centers on creating and delivering data-driven campaigns that guide prospective audiences through the engagement journey using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate combines hands-on platform expertise with strong analytical thinking to improve campaign effectiveness and support marketing goals across multiple program audiences.Responsibilities:• Lead the planning, build, and execution of automated marketing initiatives within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.• Create audience segments using available data to deliver relevant, personalized outreach across campaigns.• Design and manage customer journeys that help move prospects from initial interest through enrollment-focused milestones.• Track campaign results, prepare performance reports, and share practical recommendations to strengthen future efforts.• Run testing strategies on messaging, timing, and audience selection to increase engagement and conversion outcomes.• Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure campaign activity supports broader business objectives.• Coordinate outreach efforts for multiple school or program audiences while maintaining consistency and accuracy.• Oversee day-to-day campaign workflows, including setup, scheduling, quality checks, and deployment management.
