Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Lead pharmacy operations as a Pharmacy Manager, serving as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at a well-established facility. This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in provider communication and team management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with the 340B program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as PIC, overseeing all pharmacy operations with a focus on regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Manage the 340B program to ensure adherence to all guidelines and maximize benefits.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Maintain strong, effective communication with internal healthcare providers, enhancing on-site collaboration and patient care.
• Utilize the Best Rx system to streamline pharmacy processes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have prior experience working within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), with proven success in managing onsite provider relationships.
• MS pharmacy license in good standing is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential; ability to engage and collaborate with providers at all levels is a must.
• Strong leadership abilities to manage daily operations and a diverse team.
