Supervising Pharmacy Manager - Biloxi, Mississippi

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Lead pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager, serving as the Person In Charge (PIC) to ensure seamless daily functioning and compliance within a healthcare setting focused on Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC). This direct hire opportunity is based in Biloxi, MS, and is ideal for a candidate experienced with FQHCs who excels in provider communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all pharmacy operations as the PIC, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance.
  • Manage the 340B Drug Pricing Program to maintain regulatory adherence.
  • Supervise pharmacy technician staff and support their development.
  • Maintain strong, proactive communication with internal healthcare providers to support coordinated patient care.
  • Utilize the Best Rx system effectively for pharmacy management.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Prior experience working within an FQHC environment is required.
  • MS Pharmacy license in good standing.
  • Proven ability to manage provider communication at a high level, ensuring exceptional collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with 340B program compliance and technician oversight.
