Evening Receptionist

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and friendly Evening Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, managing front desk operations, and supporting daily administrative tasks during evening hours.

Part-time, 3:00 PM 9:00 PM (flexibility may be required, including weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
• Manage customer check-ins and notify appropriate staff of arrivals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and waiting area
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and message taking
• Assist with scheduling appointments as needed
• Support team members with additional tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling systems)
• Reliable and punctual
