Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Facility: Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park Location: Maitland, FL Shifts: 12-hour Day and Night Shifts Available Pay Rate: Up to $33 per hour Position Overview: Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring team. Key Responsibilities: Resident-Focused Care: Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with accuracy, compassion, and attention to detail. Individualized Care Plans: Provide personalized nursing care based on residents’ unique needs and health conditions. Clinical Expertise: Perform wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures to promote optimal health and comfort. Accurate Documentation: Maintain thorough and precise records of observations, interventions, and outcomes. Confidentiality: Protect resident privacy in accordance with HIPAA and facility standards. Qualifications: Active LPN License in the state of Florida. Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred, but not required.
