We’re hiring a Customer Care Rep for our Richmond, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Customer Care Rep
Location: Richmond, TX 77469
Pay: $17.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Description of Duties:
- Handle a large number of incoming customer calls
- Identify and address customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and practices
- Provide professional and helpful customer service over the phone
Requirements:
- Customer service or call center experience
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Utility experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual verbal and written communication skills are a plus
