Responsibilities for a Senior Recruiter include but are not limited to:

• Full Life Cycle Recruitment & Sourcing: Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume corporate/agency requisitions-including intake meetings, direct sourcing of passive candidates, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer extensions using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).

• Consultative Strategic Advisement: Act as a trusted talent advisor to HR partners and Hiring Managers by leveraging workforce planning, market intelligence, and recruitment analytics to guide compensation considerations, candidate selection, and hiring decisions.

• Pipeline & Stakeholder Management: Drive a best-in-class hiring manager and candidate experience by maintaining active communication, delivering data-driven hiring recommendations, and proactively building diverse talent pipelines for niche roles.

Candidates for Senior Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Recruiting Experience: Minimum 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (6+ years preferred), with proven success in direct passive sourcing and high-volume requisition management.

• Education & ATS Technical Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred) along with proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office.

• Location & Availability: Must reside in approved remote regions (East-Southeast or Midwest US ONLY; candidates located in the West Coast or Northeastern major metropolitan areas will not be considered) and be available to work standard hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Pay Details: $45.00 to $48.00 per hour
