Creative Content Manager

Job Description Our client is looking for a Creative Content Manager to join their team in Coral Springs, FL. We are looking for a creative leader who can translate strategy into high performing digital content and lead a distributed network of creators, agencies and production partners from brief through final asset. This person should be a hands-on Creative Content Manager to lead the development of digital-first creative that builds the brand, drives consideration, and converts consumers into customers. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, content, production, creators, and performance marketing. The Creative Content Manager will translate quarterly and monthly marketing priorities and creative direction and lead the development of compelling content across the full consumer journey, from awareness and consideration through conversion. This person will be the creative leader who ensures that every source understands what we are trying to communicate, who we are speaking to, what we want the consumer to feel or do, and how the idea should come to life on each platform. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing a brand strategy, writing a video hook, reviewing a storyboard, directing a UGC creator, giving feedback on an edit, and looking at performance results to determine what creative should be developed next. You will guide the content direction by establishing the consumer messages, storytelling approaches, content pillars, hooks and formats required to support awareness, consideration and conversion objectives and define what content is needed by funnel stage, audience, platform, product and campaign objective. You will collaborate with Creative Director to champion clear creative standards for the content generated by creators and oversee creative for CTV, Youtube, Meta Video, Prime Video, Other Digital environment. You will develop creator briefs and content frameworks that enable UGC creators, influencers, affiliates, partners and agencies to produce content aligned with the strategic direction and translate strategic messaging into clear hooks, scripts, storyboards, talking points and visual direction. • 6+ years of experience in creative direction, digital creative, content strategy, performance creative, advertising or a related field.
• Strong understanding of video storytelling, scripting, storyboards, hooks, editing and production.
• Experience directing UGC, creators, influencers, agencies and/or production partners simulatensously.
• Demonstrated experience developing creative for Meta and YouTube; experience with CTV, Prime Video or other streaming environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience working closely with paid media marketing teams.
• Understanding of full-funnel creative, from brand awareness through direct response and conversion. Insight Global
