Cox Roofing is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative

Cox Roofing  is a  family-owned company serving Indiana and Colorado since 2013. As an  Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor with 40+ years of combined experience and an  Better Business Bureau A+ rating , we’ve built a reputation for quality, integrity, and performance.

Position: Commercial Sales Representative
Location: Zionsville, IN
Pay: $30,160/year + commission

Commercial Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for commercial roofing clients—from lead to close
• Attend scheduled appointments and pursue self-generated opportunities
• Educate property managers, owners, and facility directors about roofing solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with key commercial accounts
• Collaborate with inspectors and commercial sales manager to ensure seamless execution
• Accurately track activity and pipeline in our CRM
• Represent the Cox Roofing brand with professionalism and integrity
  

Commercial Sales Representative Requirements

• Commercial or B2B sales experience (roofing, construction, or related industries preferred)
• Proven ability to close large deals and manage a complex sales process
• Confident communicator with excellent follow-up and negotiation skills
• Tech-savvy and organized—comfortable using mobile apps and CRM tools
• Strong understanding of customer service and solution-based selling
• Self-motivated and goal-driven—you don’t wait to be told what to do
