Change Management Analyst

Position: Change Management Analyst Location: Fort Mill, SC Work Model: Onsite / Local Candidates Preferred Duration: 8 Months Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion) Rate: $40/hr C2C Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card Only Position Overview We are seeking a Change Production Readiness Sr. Analyst to support change and release management activities, ensuring production changes are properly assessed, documented, and approved prior to deployment. This role focuses on minimizing disruptions, improving system stability, and aligning with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in change management, production readiness, or release coordination, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Change Management Review and assess change requests (RFCs) for completeness and risk Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings Ensure compliance with change management policies and procedures Track and report change metrics and KPIs Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Release Management / Digital Product Release (DPR) Coordinate release planning and scheduling with development, QA, and operations teams Maintain release calendars aligned with business priorities Ensure release packages are tested, documented, and approved before deployment Support post-release reviews and continuous improvement Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor partners on DPR implementation Participate in scrum calls and track DPR implementation progress Gather and document techno-functional requirements Evaluate out-of-the-box (OOTB) vs customization approaches in ServiceNow Develop and execute DPR test plans covering multiple scenarios Deliver demos, training, and coaching sessions for stakeholders Collect feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives Support governance improvements and process automation Production Readiness Conduct production readiness assessments for applications and changes Validate documentation, monitoring, and rollback plans Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure readiness criteria are met Support go/no-go decision-making processes Deliverables Weekly status reports and dashboards Change and release calendars CAB meeting agendas and minutes Production readiness templates and checklists Post-implementation review reports Monthly domain-level scorecards Required Technical Skills Experience in change management, release management, or production readiness Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management practices Experience with risk assessment and mitigation Strong documentation and process improvement skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Required Software Skills ServiceNow (or similar change management tools) Preferred Qualifications ITIL certification or equivalent Experience with Digital Product Release (DPR) implementation Interview Process Not Specified Additional Notes Local candidates required (Fort Mill, SC) Priority submissions required (same-day shortlisting) Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required #J-18808-Ljbffr Santcore Technologies
