Job Description

We are seeking a temporary Business Analyst Supply Chain to support a cross-functional initiative focused on product transitions, material management, and labeling implementation. This role will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, and Project Management teams to ensure accurate SAP data, material availability, and timely execution of key project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project trackers to ensure visibility across all workstreams
• Prepare and deliver monthly status reports to the Leadership Team
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to track milestones and resolve issues
• Support overall project execution, including timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Support creating part numbers and updating Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP
• Determine and implement BOM changes and effective dates
• Manage inventory of finished goods and components, including material transitions and excess stock
• Place and track orders for components and labeling materials
• Identify SKUs requiring labeling and calculate material needs
• Coordinate and track execution of production and stickering activities
• Manage lot code tracking and product identification updates
• Track and report project-related costs (e.g., stickering, materials)
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
• 25 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations
• Hands-on experience with SAP (MM/PP or similar modules preferred)
• Strong understanding of:
• Inventory management
• MRP processes
• BOM structures
• Advanced skills in Excel and data tracking
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
