EP Clinical Manager: Talent Development Leader

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech Electrophysiology US Commercial team seeks a Clinical Manager in Western and Northern Virginia to lead EP Clinical Account Specialists in early development and readiness. The CM will train, coach, and align CAS talent with clinical and commercial goals to maximize impact. You will partner with regional leaders to recruit, onboard, and develop talent, oversee training effectiveness, and sustain CAS performance. This field-based role requires travel ~60% in-region. #J-18808-Ljbffr Johnson & Johnson
