Your ability to inspire others, build organizational capability, and partner with senior leaders will directly impact workforce readiness, employee growth, and overall organizational performance.WhatYou'llDoLeadenterprisetalentandleadershipdevelopmentstrategiesalignedwithbusinessgoals.Driveorganization-widetalentreviewsandsuccessionplanningforcriticalroles.Manage,coach,anddevelopateamoffourdirectreports.PartnerwithexecutivesandHRleadersonworkforceplanning,internalmobility,andleadershipcapability.Leadorganizationaleffectivenessandcultureinitiativesthatimproveperformanceandengagement.Useworkforceandtalentdatatoguidedecisionsandmeasureprogramsuccess.Overseeleadershipandprofessionaldevelopmentprogramsacrossmultiplelearningplatforms.Ensureoperationalexcellence,includinggovernance,compliance,andbudgetoversight.WhatSuccessLooksLikeStrongsuccessionpipelinesandleadershipbenchstrengthacrosstheorganization.Talentstrategiesthatsupportbusinessprioritiesandfutureworkforceneeds.Effectiveleadershipdevelopmentprogramswithmeasurableresults.Ahigh-performing,engagedtalentdevelopmentteam.Data-driveninsightsthatimproveorganizationaleffectivenessanddecision-making.MinimumQualificationsBachelor'sdegreeinHumanResources,OrganizationalDevelopment,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield.10+yearsofexperienceintalentmanagement,organizationaldevelopment,leadershipdevelopment,orarelateddiscipline.Experienceleadinganddevelopingteamsinacorporateorlargeorganizationalenvironment.Provensuccessdesigningandimplementingenterprise-widetalentandleadershipdevelopmentprograms.Experienceleadingsuccessionplanning,talentreviews,andperformancemanagementprocesses.Strongabilitytoinfluenceandpartnerwithseniorleaders.Expertiseinleadershipdevelopment,organizationaleffectiveness,andchangemanagement.PreferredQualificationsMaster'sdegreeinarelatedfield.SHRM-SCP,CPTD,CPLP,orsimilarprofessionalcertification.Experienceusingworkforceanalyticsandtalentdatatodrivestrategyanddecisions.StrongunderstandingofHRgovernance,compliance,andriskmanagement.Willingnesstotraveloccasionallyforbusinessmeetings,conferences,andtraining.The pay range for this role is $120,000.00 to $160,000.00.The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
