Hourly Shift Leader

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Hourly Shift Leader to join our team in Moore, OK. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the shift, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during the shift Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements: Previous experience in a leadership role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr Mongolian Concepts Restaurant Group
