Location: Moore, OK, 73160 Job Description The Hourly Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fast food restaurant during their assigned shift. They are responsible for ensuring that all employees are following company policies and procedures, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Hourly Shift Leader will also be responsible for training new employees, managing inventory, and handling cash transactions. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shift Ensure all employees are following company policies and procedures Provide excellent customer service Maintain a clean and organized work environment Train new employees Handle cash transactions Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a fast food restaurant preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends Ability to lift up to 50 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr Genghis Grill
