They engage with customers at the service counter and move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor. Cleaning and maintaining proper food safety standards are critical to the team's success. What you’ll do In our deli, bakery, and dry grocery departments, you will provide excellent customer service, help customers, maintain shelves, temperature control, dates, and disposal of lesser quality food. Front‑line customer service in the deli. Help customers celebrate special moments in the bakery. Assist customers in the dry groceries department. Maintain cleanliness, temperature control, dates, and disposal of lesser quality food. What you’ll bring Help customers find the products they are looking for. Ensure high quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments. Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays. Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food. Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding the right produce. Keep area clean, sanitized, and customer‑ready.
