We work closely with our IT and Engineering clients to identify talented professionals for a variety of technical and engineering positions across multiple locations.

We are currently hiring on behalf of our clients for the following position:

Position: Capital Market Analyst

Location: Dallas or Tampa, FL (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3+

We’re looking for a Capital Markets Analyst or Senior-level professional with strong Business-Purpose Lending (BPL) experience and exposure to DSCR and investor-purpose lending .

What You’ll Do:

\n
• Prescreen DSCR loans and support pricing decisions based on investor guidelines.
\n
• Manage loan locking and the end-to-end loan sale process from commitment through delivery.
\n
• Build and maintain investor relationships and negotiate sale agreements.
\n
• Support pricing frameworks, product strategy, and program scalability.
\n
• Monitor pipeline performance, fallout, and risk indicators.
\n
• Provide market and investor feedback to leadership.
\n

Key Lending Experience:

• DSCR
\n
• Fix & Flip
\n
• Ground-Up Construction
\n
• Bridge Lending
\n
• RTL (Residential Transition Loans)
\n
• Secondary Market / Loan Sale Execution
\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related analytical field.
\n
• 2–5+ years in capital markets, private lending, warehouse lending, structured finance, or mortgage banking.
\n
• Strong understanding of DSCR underwriting, collateral, credit, and risk pricing .
\n
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.
\n
• Established investor network is highly valuable for senior-level candidates.
