Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• 6 months to 1 year of electrical assembly experience required
• Strong wiring and mechanical skills preferred
• Experience with wire harnesses and soldering is a plus
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions

• Assemble electrical components according to technical drawings and specifications
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wire strippers
• Install, align, fit, and secure components to exact requirements
• Dismantle, adjust, and reassemble equipment as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in a timely manner
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production process

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
