Solar InstallerIn the Solar Installer role, you will be working as a team to install residential solar systems in a safe and efficient manner. We will rely on the Solar Installer to assist in developing a culture of safety, responsibility, appreciation, and quality service in our pursuit of setting the industry standard for solar installation.Responsibilities:Help oversee the installation process and ensure it exceeds company standardsBe a part of providing a safe, positive, and efficient work environmentTesting system components while the system in operatingRepresent LGCY Power in a professional and respectful mannerEnsure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactionsUnderstand and abide to AHJ/Utility/NEC requirements and guidelinesHelp train and mentor crew team membersEnsure all crew members understand and adhere to all OSHA and/or LGCY safety proceduresClean and prepare vans at the end of each dayAssist with additional tasks as assignedQualifications:1+ years of prior solar/roofing/electrical experienceKeen attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude and strong work ethicCoachable and self-motivatedPossess a "learning mindset"Exceptional critical thinking skillsStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to interpret plan setsAverage conduit bending techniquesValid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record according to company policyPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Certifications:Local electrical apprenticeship registrationPrevious leadership experienceOSHA 10Enphase experience/certificationsNABCEP PV ProNational Electric Code knowledgeKnowledge of local AHJ/Utility requirementsFirst Aid & CPRReliable transportationSelf-accountabilityPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 50+ lbs.Ability to withstand heights, climb ladders and be on roofsAbility to bend, squat, stretch and liftAbility to work in all weather and climatesAbility to work in confined spaces, such as atticsAbility to travel up to 60%Schedule:Monday-FridayWeekends and OT may be requiredWorkdays and start times are subject to change dependent on weather & additional requirementsWhat We Offer:The pay scale for this non-exempt position is slated to be $18 - $24, depending on experience, licensing, and educationCompetitive Compensation401(k) option with employer matchGenerous PTO accrual schedule8 Paid holidaysAttractive benefits package including health and dental coverageOpportunity for career development and advancement with a rapidly growing companyHigh-energy, fun, and friendly cultureLGCY Power is seeking highly motivated industry specialists to join our growing team of elite solar professionals.
