Pay Rate: $30-33.96/hr on W2 Role Summary:
Seeking a Contract Administrator I to support the Strategic Sourcing team with Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase requisitions, and contract administration activities in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and process new and renewal SOWs
• Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and gather required information
• Track contract approvals, renewals, and sourcing activities
• Ensure compliance with company sourcing policies and quality procedures
• Support contract management and procurement process improvements Required Skills:
• 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or sourcing support
• Experience with SOWs, purchase requisitions, and indirect sourcing processes
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience drafting/reviewing contracts and collaborating with stakeholders
• Experience working in a regulated environment Preferred:
• Experience with Ariba or similar e-sourcing tools
• Medical device, healthcare, or high-tech industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
