Contract Administrator III – Category Specialist (Legal/HR/Professional Services)
Seeking a Contract Administrator III / Category Specialist to support indirect sourcing for HR and Professional Services categories. The role focuses on contract management, supplier sourcing, RFP execution, vendor risk/compliance, and stakeholder collaboration within a regulated environment.
• Develop and manage category strategies for HR and Professional Services
• Draft, review, and manage RFPs, SOWs, and vendor contracts
• Conduct pricing analysis, benchmarking, and market research
• Manage supplier relationships and performance (KPIs/SLAs)
• Support legal intake, privacy impact assessments, and cybersecurity vendor risk reviews
• Coordinate contract workflow and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders
• Track supplier performance, cost savings, and sourcing metrics
• Support reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives
• 6+ years experience (or 4–5 years with MBA) in sourcing, procurement, or contract management
• Experience in indirect sourcing and consultative procurement
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management experience
• Experience in regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with HR sourcing or professional services strongly preferred
