Operations Support Specialist

To support the operations of the Radiology department, the full-time Operations Support Specialist will coordinate charge requests, implement changes to reporting, and manage administrative tasks, all while working remotely during standard day shifts from Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities Coordinate the review of charge requests and ensure compliance with coding and billing standards Implement changes to charging, reconciliation, and reporting processes in collaboration with department leadership Manage calendars, prepare reports, and assist in updating policies and procedures for the department Required qualifications Associate's Degree in Business, IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field required Three (3) years of experience in healthcare, accounting, business administration, finance, analytics, or project leadership required Two (2) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Five (5) years of experience in the relevant fields preferred
