Salary: $77,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• We require 2+ years of non-internship experience in system design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling for new and existing systems.
• We expect experience programming in at least one software development language.
• Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Preferred: A bachelors degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.

• We collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Amazonians to conceive, design, and launch innovative products and services.
• We design and build new technologies in a large distributed computing environment and help drive fundamental industry change.
• We create solutions that run predictions on distributed systems, working with innovative technologies at very large scale and high speed.
• We build distributed storage, indexing, and query systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, low cost, and easy to manage and use.
• We design and implement the right solutions starting from broadly defined problems.
• We work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
• In our day-to-day work, we create new products, features, and services from scratch while navigating ambiguity and fast development cycles.
