Fosterstrong communication among staff, families, and residents, creating a supportive environment that promotes trust and engagement. Use your expertise to drive staff training and development, leading to improved care practices and overall resident satisfaction. What You’ll Need: Active Registered Nurse (RN)License with the State of Minnesota Must be 18 year of age or older Previous experience in senior living is preferred but not required.
