POSITION - Braider (Production Support)

JOB LOCATION - Osceola, WI

STARTING DATE - Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) -3rd Shift

STARTING PAY - $20.50

BENEFITS - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Manufacturing experience is a plus, you will need steel toe shoes and safety glasses


As a braider you will perform preventative maintenance tasks, inspection, and trouble-shooting of quality issues to ensure the production of a good quality product. You will also retrieve data incomputer and set-up jobs as scheduled.


Responsibilities

- Set-up, operate and troubleshoot Braiding process

- Oder raw materials from the Material Handler as needed

- Perform and document all quality inspections as required


Qualifications

- Good dexterity

- Interpersonal skills

- Basic computers skills

- Basic math

-Teamwork orientated
