Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare facility in suburban Denver, CO is seeking two licensed pharmacists to fill key roles on a contract basis for 13 weeks or longer, starting ASAP. These positions offer the opportunity to contribute clinical expertise in dynamic inpatient and outpatient oncology settings.

Position 1: Inpatient Pharmacist

• Work variable days and afternoon shifts
• Support clinical pharmacy operations within the hospital setting

Position 2: Outpatient Oncology Pharmacist

• Day shifts focused on outpatient oncology services

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate dispensing and management of medications
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation and communication

Qualifications:

• Current Colorado Pharmacist license required
• Solid clinical pharmacy experience, preferably in inpatient or oncology settings
• Strong knowledge of medication therapy management and hospital pharmacy protocols
