Join us.A Day in the Life:The Sr. Network Supply Planner is responsible for designing and owning the forward-looking supply plan across a rolling 26-week horizon. This person will bridge tactical execution (Sales and Operations Execution [S&OE]) and long-term planning (Sales and Operations Planning [S&OP]), ensuring supply decisions are proactive, data-driven, and aligned to service, cost, and inventory objectives. Accountable for transforming demand signals, network constraints, and inventory strategy into an executable, optimized supply plan. Critical enabler of digital transformation, leveraging analytics, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capabilities, and system-driven planning to improve decision quality and reduce execution volatility.The Impact You'll Make:26-Week Supply Plan Ownership:Own and maintain a rolling 0–26-week supply plan across assigned business unitsTranslate demand forecasts, constraints, and inventory policies into an executable supply planIdentify risks and imbalances 6–20 weeks ahead of executionCapacity & Network Optimization:Analyze internal and external (co-man) capacity constraintsDrive network-level decisions (sourcing, load balancing, level-loading)Design plans that maximize asset utilization and minimize disruptionInventory Strategy & Policy:Establish and govern inventory policies (days on hand [DOH], safety stock, segmentation-based targets)Partner with S&OP / Inventory Optimization teams to align on service vs working capital tradeoffsEnsure inventory positioning supports demand variability and innovation cyclesSKU Segmentation & Run Strategy:Operationalize SKU segmentation (ABC / XYZ or equivalent) into planning rulesDesign production cadence strategies (weekly, monthly, quarterly) by segmentSpecifically optimize low-volume, high-variability SKUs (B/C + Y/Z) through batch planningRisk Identification & Scenario Planning:Proactively identify risks and disruptors within the planning horizonDevelop and evaluate scenario-based solutions (capacity, sourcing, inventory tradeoffs)Partner cross-functionally to align on mitigation strategies before execution impactS&OP ? S&OE Integration:Act as the primary connection point between:Long-term planning (S&OP)Execution (S&OE)Define and maintain clean handoffs between planning horizonsEnsure S&OE execution is supported by a stable, well-designed planAnalytics & System Utilization:Leverage SAP IBP and supporting analytics tools (Power BI, Excel)Utilize system outputs (inventory optimization, forecast signals, constraints) to drive decisionsContinuously improve data quality and planning model integrityDecision Rights & Accountability:Accountable for integrity of the forward supply plan (0–26 weeks)Owns planning tradeoffs (service, cost, inventory) within defined governanceEscalates structural risks and capacity constraints to senior leadershipOversee Supply Planner execution within 0-8 week horizon to assure positive company outputWho You Are:Bachelor's Degree in the field of Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain required5+ years of experience in Supply PlanningSAP IBP strongly preferred; SAP APO helpfulAdvanced Excel skills; pivots, power query, formulas, scenario models.Power BI-DashboardsForecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning tools requiredData analysis: ABC/XYZ segmentation, variability analysis, safety stock, DOH preferredAPICS / ASCM CPIM, ASCM CSCP, SAP IBP certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and/or Power BI certification preferred but not required.Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below.
