Knowledge Rhino is hiring experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals to join our growing remote team. You'll connect with existing healthcare members, educate them about the valuable benefits already included in their health plans, and help them access services available at no additional cost.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to existing healthcare members
  • Educate members on their plan benefits and available services
  • Deliver compassionate, professional customer service
  • Make a real difference—one conversation at a time

What You Bring

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Outbound call center or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to work independently from home
  • Texas residency
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • A Windows 11 computer with two screens, 16 GB of RAM, a wired Internet connection, and a noise cancelling headset
