HR Benefits Specialist — Enrollment & Leave Admin

Frontline Source Group - Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an HR Benefits Coordinator for a full-time, onsite role in San Antonio, TX. In this position, you'll manage benefits administration and serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding benefits and leave programs across multiple locations. Ideal candidates should have at least 1–2 years of experience in benefits administration and strong organizational and customer service skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably UKG, is also necessary.
