Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of the dietary department, including meal planning, food preparation, and service

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

• Manage and supervise dietary staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

• Maintain accurate records, including inventory management, menu planning, and resident dietary needs

• Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

• Implement and maintain quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and overall care

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and resident care

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in dietary management or a related field

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
