- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog (user stories, epics) based on business value and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Act as the primary liaison for product-related decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
- Analyze user feedback and product performance to inform continuous improvement and product strategy.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure alignment between product goals and development execution.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development.
- Proven track record of delivering software products from concept to launch.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, user-centered design, and iterative development.
- Experience with Salesforce is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms and workflow systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Empathy for users and a customer-centric mindset.
