As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering safe and competent respiratory care as ordered by physicians. Your expertise will be vital in monitoring mechanical ventilation, administering medications, and assessing patients. You will also be responsible for understanding hemodynamic monitoring and interpreting blood work results. Your dedication to patient care will be evident as you participate in department meetings and contribute to the training of new staff.

• Administer all Respiratory Care procedures competently as per department policies
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information
• Verify physician orders and prepare accurate reports
• Participate in department in-services, meetings, and patient care rounds
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Respiratory Care instruments and equipment
• Perform effective airway management and assist with intubation
• Initiate, maintain, and monitor ventilator patients
• Complete continuous training and education requirements
• Comply with personal protective equipment requirements
• Need 1 year experience in setting
