Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Maryland OT license (or strong COTA, license required)
• Prior school-based occupational therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable working with children ages 3 to 5th grade

• Adaptable to variable caseload sizes and settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services (21+ hours weekly) within the academic life skills program
• Address complex communication, behavioral, and sensory-motor needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and utilize district mentorship resources
• Set and manage your personalized schedule based on caseload and site administrator guidance
