Position: Internal Recruiting Gig Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
- Locations: San Bernardino & Perris, CA (must travel between both locations as needed)
- Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
- Schedule: Must be Flexible — Day, night, and weekend shifts (4 to 12 hours daily)
What You’ll Do
As an Internal Recruiting Gig Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly across multiple sites.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees
- Assist with orientation, paperwork, and compliance processes
- Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to associates
- Travel between San Bernardino and Perris locations as needed
- Support staffing needs during peak times, events, or shift changes
- Partner with management to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Step in where needed as a flexible, team-oriented contributor
