Join us on this exciting journey to build something great, and play a key role in shaping the future of property management, making a lasting impact on our clients and the communities we serve.Position OverviewEvernest is seeking an experienced, proactive Property Manager to oversee an approximately 300-unit residential portfolio across Richmond, VA and Baltimore, MD. The portfolio includes both multifamily and student housing, so experience with traditional multifamily operations and academic-year leasing cycles is essential.This role is based in Richmond, and candidates must live in or near the Richmond area. You will personally handle Richmond leasing and operations — showings, prospect follow-up, applications, lease execution, move-ins/move-outs, inspections, and unit turns.Baltimore is managed in partnership with the ownership group's on-site technician, who executes maintenance and leasing locally.
