ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior P&C Manager (SPCM) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and leaders supporting designated client groups. The SPCM leads, implements, and delivers HR initiatives, acting as a change agent and working collaboratively with management to lead strategic people priorities that accelerate business plans through organizational effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a frontline thought partner to dedicated leaders on all aspects of the employee experience: the full employee life cycle, talent onboarding, change management, employee engagement initiatives, performance management, career development, employee relations, and off‑boarding. Own the employee experience through the implementation of robust onboarding strategies (e.g., stay interviews, check‑ins, focus groups, engagement surveys), analyze results and recommend management action plans. Provide day‑to‑day performance‑management guidance (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) and support to improve work relationships and productivity. Facilitate compliance‑based training for new and emerging leaders on legal and risk topics (wage and hour, IP/ADA, LOA, investigations, off‑boarding). Consult and administer the LOA and IP/ADA process for client groups in close partnership with internal teams and local management. Plan, coordinate, and execute employee‑engagement initiatives fostering a positive workplace culture. Aid in annual open enrollment for Company benefit plans and serve as liaison with the benefits team on complex inquiries. Interpret HR policy and ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with Senior HR Leadership. Interact professionally, confidentially, and diplomatically in all employee‑relations matters.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of Human Resources experience. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Industrial Relations/HR preferred. SHRM‑CP or PHR credentials highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of HR concepts, programs, and methodologies. Team‑oriented, results‑driven in a fast‑paced environment. Analytical thinker with strong organizational and planning skills. High professionalism and ability to interface at all organizational levels. Work schedule: Monday – Friday, Core Business Hours (typically 9:00 am to 6:00 pm), On‑site in Beverly Hills.
