Immigration Attorney Removal Defense

A fast-growing law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney Removal Defense to join a team of exceptional professionals managing a high-volume docket.

About the role

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Massachusetts. The attorney in this role will manage removal defense cases from start to finish while collaborating closely with legal staff and helping guide a team of paralegals.

Responsibilities

* Handle removal defense cases from start to end
* Manage a high-volume case docket with strong attention to detail
* Mentor and supervise a team of paralegals
* Attend in-person meetings, court appearances, and agency appointments as needed
* Travel as required to USCIS, EOIR, ICE, family courts for SIJS matters, and other external meetings

Qualifications

* At least *2 years* of experience handling removal defense cases from start to finish
* *Active license* to practice law in Massachusetts
* Ability to work *on-site full-time*, five days per week
* Willingness to mentor and supervise paralegal staff
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed

Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
