At Zarephath, we believe every child deserves a chance to thrive. We are a dedicated behavioral health agency in Arizona on a mission to support families and children navigating life's toughest challenges. As a Youth Enrichment Specialist, you aren't just "providing care"— you're building confidence, teaching life skills, and creating positive memories for youth who need a champion.

Our Community Presence

We operate six dedicated residential houses across Mesa and Apache Junction. These homes serve as the "hub" for our youth—safe, supportive environments where healing and growth happen every day. You'll be a key part of the team keeping these houses vibrant and therapeutic.

Your Weekend Mission

You'll spend your weekends (Friday afternoon through Sunday) mentoring youth ages 1–17. This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the community and in residential settings, helping kids hit their goals through:

Adventures: Leading community outings to parks, museums, and cultural events.
Growth: Working side-by-side with youth on social skills and personal development.
Safety & Support: Providing a stable, therapeutic environment where kids feel seen and heard.

The Schedule

Perfect for students or those seeking a meaningful weekend role:

Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Need to Join Us

21+ years old (for agency vehicle operation)

1 year experience in youth-focused behavioral health

Valid AZ driver's license

Clearances: Fingerprint card, CPR/First Aid, and TB test results

Tech skills: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook

Compensation

$18.00 per hour
