We are looking for a driven and adaptable Recruiter to support hiring needs for a growing team. This Long-term Contract position offers a flexible part-time schedule that may vary week to week based on hiring activity, with hours typically starting around 10 to 20 per week and the potential to increase as demand changes. The role will focus primarily on manufacturing hiring while also assisting with select office and specialized searches in a hybrid work environment that includes some onsite presence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing positions and selected specialized or office-based roles, from sourcing through offer stage.

• Build candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies to identify talent with relevant experience for active and anticipated openings.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and confirmations to ensure a smooth and timely experience for hiring teams and candidates.

• Partner with managers to understand staffing priorities, align on candidate profiles, and move searches forward efficiently.

• Prepare and support offer letter processes, helping maintain accuracy and responsiveness during final hiring stages.

• Maintain applicant tracking records and recruiting activity updates to keep candidate data organized and current.

• Adjust workload and priorities effectively as weekly hiring volume shifts, ranging from light support to periods of increased recruiting demand.

• Contribute to a reliable and results-oriented recruiting process by following through on commitments and keeping searches on track.

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or contract recruiting environment.
• Demonstrated success with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume or production-related roles, preferably within manufacturing environments.
• Ability to manage changing workloads and remain effective in a part-time schedule with fluctuating weekly hours.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and confidence maintaining accurate recruiting documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well with candidates and hiring managers.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and focused on delivering hiring results in a fast-moving environment.
