Recruiter (hourly recruitment)

Pay: $33.00 – $38.00 / Per Hour

Addison Group is working with a growing industrial organization looking to add a Recruiter to support increased hiring demands. This is a contract opportunity with strong potential for extension or long-term conversion based on performance. The Recruiter will oversee full-cycle recruiting for a variety of specialized and hard-to-fill positions. This role is highly focused on sourcing, pipeline development, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders. Handle full-cycle recruiting for 15–25 active openings
Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized positions
Partner with hiring managers to align on recruiting strategies and hiring needs
Utilize ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and job boards to manage candidate flow
Perform consistent outbound outreach including calls, networking, and follow-ups
Monitor recruiting metrics and maintain strong pipeline activity
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Experience recruiting for specialized, technical, or hard-to-fill positions
• Agency recruiting experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with ATS systems and Microsoft Office
• High school diploma required
• Strong long-term career growth potential within talent acquisition
