Responsibilities Strategic leadership: Define your region's launch and growth strategy, setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets. Define and set targets: Own the overall end-to-end delivery of a new city including planning, hiring, people management, launch, and everything in between. Leading consistent revenue growth in your city: Take full ownership of your team's performance outcomes and revenue goals within established operational systems. Depending on the evolving needs of the business, seamlessly adapt to managing a personal portfolio of key accounts alongside your leadership duties. Monitor team KPIs, flag early risks to targets, and take decisive action to ensure monthly deliverables are met. Build a high performing team that gets better and better every single month: Lead and coach a commercial team of 2 to 12 Account Managers. Set clear expectations, monitor individual performance metrics, and run weekly operationally-focused 1:1s. Provide regular constructive feedback, implement performance improvement plans when necessary, and cultivate a positive atmosphere by championing connection, enthusiasm, and peer recognition. Collaborate with other teams critical to your city and team’s success: Share on-the-ground feedback with Product to highlight necessary features for school districts and educators. Work closely with our Educator Onboarding team and Marketing to ensure you are onboarding the right number of educators at the right time to staff certain roles. Problem solve with Compliance to ensure Zen is meeting the compliance requirements of your state, city, and districts. Strategize with Sales to ensure we are launching in new districts within your city, and expanding revenue as a result. Relationship Management: Foster strategic partnerships with education leaders and key district accounts. Execution & Enablement: Own the execution and drive performance improvement of the logistics and operations of dispatching teachers and teaching assistants to work in schools by developing tools, processes, and systems.
