What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough patient assessments upon admission and throughout hospital stay
• Administer medications, including IVs, and manage wound care or specialized equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care, medication schedules, and treatment plans
• Recognize early signs of patient deterioration and take prompt action to stabilize patients
• Ensure documentation complies with healthcare standards and facility policies

What You Need

• Valid Michigan RN license
• At least 1 year of experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry units
• Current BLS certification
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

• Experience with complex patient populations
• Certified in their specialty area or additional certifications
