Senior Financial Analyst

Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 1+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and who has excellent communication skills. This company offers professional growth opportunities, high visibility, and tenured team. This position is onsite. The salary for this position is $75K - $100K. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management Develop and maintain KPIs to track business performance and support strategic decision-making Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for senior leadership and the board of directors Manage business intelligence, forecasting, and reporting tools to improve visibility and efficiency Assist with preparing presentations for senior management and the board of directors Support the monthly financial close process as needed Assist with mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration support The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 1+ years of related experience Experience with Excel, familiarity with Power BI is a plus Able to effectively communicate at all organizational levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Equal Opportunity Employer The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
