We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to join a growing, technology-driven family law practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with solid hands-on family law experience who wants meaningful case ownership, courtroom exposure, and long-term professional growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage family law and divorce matters from strategy through resolution.

• Handle custody, support, divorce, and other family law issues.

• Appear at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

• Develop effective case strategies for litigated matters.

• Communicate directly with clients and provide thoughtful legal guidance.

• Work collaboratively with associate attorneys, paralegals, and the broader legal team.

• Take ownership of cases while leveraging modern legal technology to improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of family law/divorce experience preferred.

• Demonstrated litigation, courtroom, and deposition experience.

• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and case management skills.

• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage matters independently while working as part of a team.

• Strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail.

• Book of business welcome, but not required.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid position with approximately half of the work performed in person on average, depending on active cases and business needs.

• The firm does not require a fixed number of office days per week.

• Modern technology and remote-work capabilities support flexibility while maintaining meaningful in-person collaboration.
