Production & General Operators Needed Looking for steady work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work for a global leader in agriculture? Pay: $19.50- $21.50 All shifts availablbe 36 – 48+ hours per week with overtime opportunities Seasonal positions with potential to work through harvest and packaging seasons What You’ll Do As a General Operator, you’ll support a variety of production, warehouse, packaging, and agricultural operations throughout the year, including: Seed processing, packaging, and inventory management Warehouse and forklift operations Loading/unloading materials Quality inspections and data entry Harvest support and crop handling General facility upkeep and 5S activities What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Basic computer skills Ability to lift up-to 60 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Forklift experience is a plus Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Steel-toe boots required Tobacco-free facility (no smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco onsite) Why Apply?
