Payroll & Benefits Lead — Miami (Hybrid)

Beep is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to own accurate, compliant payroll and benefits programs for a multistate workforce in Miami. This role works closely with HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations and benefits administration onsite with a potential hybrid schedule. The position requires 2–4 years in payroll processing and benefits, solid knowledge of payroll tax rules, and experience with HRIS platforms.
