Exercise Physiologist

Role Description The Exercise Physiologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on assessing patients’ musculoskeletal, cardiac, and pulmonary fitness and functional assessments. The EP is responsible for educating patients on safe exercise techniques and injury prevention. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Physiology and Exercise Physiology to guide safe and effective patient care. Proficiency in Exercise Prescription and Rehabilitation for diverse patient populations and clinical conditions. Experience or familiarity with Cardiac screening with exercise stress testing. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a closely related field. Professional certification (such as ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist or equivalent) preferred. Experience working in clinical environment. Strong communication and patient education skills, with the ability to motivate and engage individuals from varied backgrounds.
