Un cajero de restaurante tiene la mayor responsabilidad percibida: el contacto directo con los clientes. El cajero es responsable de saludar a cada cliente a su llegada en un plazo de 3 a 5 segundos, contestar el teléfono, tomar los pedidos con precisión y entregarlos, todo con una excelente actitud y una sonrisa. ¡Cada miembro del equipo es responsable de representar la cultura y la misión de Wingstop: servir sabor al mundo!
Requisitos • Experiencia del cliente: Debe tener una actitud extrovertida y positiva al tratar con los clientes. • Debe tener una capacidad demostrada para trabajar bien bajo presión y a un ritmo acelerado. • Asegurarse de que se cumplan los requisitos de edad apropiados para todas las solicitudes de los clientes que involucren bebidas alcohólicas. • Mentalidad de servicio al cliente; tener un deseo genuino de servir a los clientes. • Gestionar múltiples proyectos y plazos con sentido de urgencia y capacidad de seguimiento. • Bien organizado y orientado a los detalles. • Aprendiz constante; exhibir una curiosidad insaciable y un interés en la superación personal. • Tener una personalidad extrovertida. • Mantener una asistencia regular y predecible. • Debe tener 18 años o más. • Debe contar con transporte confiable. Responsabilidades • El cajero del restaurante tiene la mayor responsabilidad percibida: contacto directo con el cliente, siendo responsable de saludar a cada cliente a su llegada en un plazo de 3 a 5 segundos, contestar el teléfono, tomar pedidos con precisión y entregar los pedidos completos al cliente; todo ello con una excelente actitud y una sonrisa. • Cada miembro del equipo es responsable de representar la cultura y la misión de Wingstop. • Saludar a todos los clientes de manera oportuna (3 a 5 segundos como máximo). • Gestionar todos los pedidos y consultas de manera amigable y profesional. • Gestionar todos los problemas o quejas de los clientes. • Gestionar todos los asuntos relacionados con seguridad, sanidad o problemas del personal. • Debe estar dispuesto a asistir en todas las demás posiciones cuando sea necesario. • Cumplimiento de procesos: Asegurar que se sigan los procedimientos de manipulación segura en todo momento. • Seguir el proceso de gestión de efectivo y registrar adecuadamente todas las ventas a través del sistema POS. • Trabajar para mejorar la experiencia del cliente sugiriendo ventas adicionales que complementen su pedido.
