We're looking for an experienced Service Manager who thrives in the field, enjoys mentoring technicians, and knows how to keep commercial service operations running efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside a skilled team, support major commercial clients, and help drive operational excellence. If you're a seasoned commercial HVAC leader with expertise in chillers, boilers, and rooftop units, and you lead with confidence, accountability, and humility, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do
- Support technicians by troubleshooting complex commercial HVAC issues in the field
- Visit customer sites to provide technical leadership and resolve service challenges
- Coordinate daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow priorities
- Build strong relationships with customers, technicians, vendors, and office staff
- Oversee onboarding and documentation for new commercial service accounts
- Ensure work meets company quality, safety, and performance standards
- Assist with job costing, documentation, and operational tracking
- Mentor technicians and help develop the next generation of HVAC talent
- 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Strong expertise with chillers, boilers, and commercial RTUs
- Leadership experience as a Lead Technician, Foreman, Supervisor, or Service Manager
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile technology, documentation apps, and digital reporting tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A leader who stays calm under pressure and leads by example
